Spicy Cheese Mold

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb Mild Cheddar cheese
1 lb Hot sausage
4 Jalape¤o peppers; seeded and finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt cheeses in top of double boiler. While cheeses are melting, fry
sausage and drain well. Mix cheeses and sausage together. Add chopped
peppers. Pour into a WELL-greased bundt pan. Put in refrigerator to harden.
Unmold onto platter and serve with assorted crackers.
For a spicier mold, add cumin, garlic powder or fresh garlic, and onion
powder.
