Spicy Drumsticks With Blue Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Blue Cheese Sauce
1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
2 T Mayonnaise or salad
dressing
2 T Finely crumbled blue cheese
1 ounce
1/2 t Celery seed
CHICKEN
1 T Vegetable oil
1 T Vinegar
1 To 2 teaspoons red pepper
sauce
1/4 t Salt
12 Chicken drumsticks, about 2
pounds
servings.

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare Blue Cheese Sauce. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in
glass or plastic bowl or heavy plastic bag Add chicken drumsticks;
toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least I hour.  Set
oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with non stick  cooking
spray. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Broil chicken  about 6
inches from heat 20 minutes; turn chicken. Broil 15 to 20  minutes
longer or until done. Serve with Blue Cheese Sauce.  Blue Cheese Sauce
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate I hour.  From the files of
