INGREDIENTS

15 Vegetable oil
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 Pinches turmeric, curry
powder
ground cumin
chilli powder and
cardamom
75 g Okra, sliced
2 Chillies, chopped
50 g Cauliflower florets
30 Double cream
1 Squeeze lemon juice
2 Naan breads

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and spices. Fry for a few
minutes. Add the okra with 150ml/ 1/4 pt Water and bring to the boil.
2 Stir in the chillies and cauliflower and cook until tender. A few
minutes before serving, stir in the cream and lemon juice. Serve with
