INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil for frying
210 g Chick peas, drained
1 Garlic clove, chopped
30 Each of chives, parsley and
coriander chopped
1 Pinches chilli powder
Plain flour
Naan bread

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a medium size pan with vegetable oil and heat. Blend the chick
peas in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the remaining
ingredients and add enough flour to bind together.  2 Shape into small
patties and fry until golden brown. Drain on  kitchen paper and serve
