Spicy Tomato Fettuccine

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Fettucine — cooked
2 oz Turkey bacon
1 lg Onion
5 lg Tomatoes — peeled and
Seeded
2 tb Fresh parsley
2 ts Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic — pressed
1 ts Basil
1/2 ts Salt and pepper
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta according to package directions.  Keep warm.  Fry bacon until
crisp on 11-inch Griddle; drain and set aside.  Chop onions and tomatoes
with Food Chopper.  Snip parsley with Kitchen Cutters.  Heat olive oil in
Stir-Fry Skillet.  Press garlic wi th Garlic Press into skillet. Stir-fry
15 seconds.  Add onion.  Stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley and
seasonings to Skillet.  Gently stir 3-4 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Remove from heat and serve over pasta. Grate fresh Parmesan chees e over
top.
