INGREDIENTS

50 g Butter, 2oz
1 Red onion, sliced
1 T Schwartz Garam Masala
1 t Schwartz Ground Ginger
3 Carrots, cut into
matchsticks
350 g White cabbage, shredded
12oz
1 Green pepper, sliced
50 g Peanuts, 2oz
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion until
softened. Add the Garam Masala and Ginger and fry for 1 minute.  Add
the remaining vegetables, peanuts, salt and pepper and stir fry  for
7-8 minutes until the vegetables have softened.  Converted by
