Spinach Braised With Garlic And Chilli

INGREDIENTS

2 Cloves garlic
3/4 lb Spinach per person
1/4 pt Vegetable stock
3 Chillies
Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the garlic and fry gently with olive oil in a large pan. Add the
chillies, stock and washed spinach. Cook on a medium heat until the
