INGREDIENTS

2 10-ounce packages chopped
Frozen spinach, thawed and
Drained well
1 c Chopped parsley
1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
4 t Chopped onion
1 c Mayonnaise
1 t Salt
1/4 t Garlic powder
2 t Pepper
1/8 t Dried thyme
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 t Hot pepper sauce
Crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients, except crackers, thoroughly and chill at least 4
hours. Serve with crackers. Makes 12 to 16 servings.  Per serving:
