INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, combine dressing ingredients except the oil. Blend until
smooth. Add the oil, blend and adjust seasonings. Refrigerate. Bring
dressing to room temperature before serving. Combine salad ingredients.
Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
