50 g Onion
1 Chile, fresh
1/2 t Salt
25 water
50 g Coconut, grated
1/4 t Pepper, black
1/2 t Turmeric
1/2 Lime, juice of

INSTRUCTIONS

and shred the cabbage and place in a pan. Chop onion and chile  and add
to the cabbage. salt and water and cook for 5 minutes. Stir,  then add
the coconut, pepper and turmeric and cook for a further 2-3  minutes.
