INGREDIENTS
| 2 | c | Dried red chiles |
| 2 | tb | Cumin seeds |
| 1 | tb | Peppercorns |
| 3 | tb | Coriander seeds |
| 2 1/2 | Cm cinnamon | |
| 1 | tb | Turmeric powder |
INSTRUCTIONS
ROAST all the ingredients, except turmeric powder. When cool, add turmeric powder and grind to a fine powder. Store in an airtight jar or bottle. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
