Steak Irish Mist

INGREDIENTS

4 Sirloin steaks
1/4 pt Thick cream
2 tb Irish Mist Liqueur
2 oz Butter
Salt
Peppercorns; freshly ground
Garnish: watercress

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove sirloin steaks from bone, season with with salt and pepper. Heat
pan, and when very hot add a knob of butter. When butter bubbles add steaks
and cook for 4 minutes (or longer if desired) on either side. Remove to
warm platter. Add cream to juices in pan, then add Irish Mist, stir and
pour over steaks. Serve garnished with watercress. Posted to EAT-L Digest
