Steaks with Herbs And Mustard

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Sirloin, T-bone, rib or wing steaks, 1 inch thick
1 Clove garlic,cut in half
1/2 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Marjoram
1/4 ts Onion powder (optional)
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Prepared mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub steak all over with cut garlic clove.  In measuring cup, combine dry
spices and herbs.  Sprinkle on both sides of meat and rub in. Combine
Worcestershire sauce and mustard.  Rub into both sides.  Allow to stand for
30 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour in refrigerator. Broil over hot
coals approximately 7 minutes per side for medium doneness. Makes 6 to 8
