INSTRUCTIONS
How to Prepare Stir Fried Beef: Heat the oil in a wok until smoking. Add the beef and garlic and stir fry for 2-3 minutes for medium rare or until cooked to your liking. Remove the beef/garlic to a bowl. How to Prepare Mandarin Orange Sauce: Add the mandarin juice and soy sauce and ginger to the wok and reduce by half. Add the green onions and cook for 1 minute.
