INSTRUCTIONS
1. Trim off leaves and tough ends of celery. Cut stalks diagonally in 1-1/2
inch sections. Slice fresh mushrooms.
2. Heat oil. Add celery and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms; stir-fry until they soften (about 2 minutes more).
4. Sprinkle with salt and sherry and stir in quickly. Serve at once.
NOTE: If the celery is not tender, blanch it first.
