INGREDIENTS

1 T Fresh Lime Juice
1 T Water
1 t Sugar
1/4 t Ground Pepper
2 T Vegetable Oil
1 Thinly sliced onion
3 Thinly sliced garlic cloves
1 c Blanched Broccoli Florets
1 15 ozs Reese baby corn
drained
1/2 c Bean sprouts
1 Jalapeno Chili sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend first four ingredients in small bowl.  Heat oil in wok on med.
heat. Add onion and garlic; stir fry until golden.  Increase the heat
to high, add florets, corn and bean sprouts; stir fry 3 minutes.  Add
first mixture to vegetables, blend well.  Add chili reduce heat to
medium and stir fry 2 minutes more. Serve hot.  Eat the cobb and all!
