Stir-fry Turkey With Noodles

INGREDIENTS

250 g Egg noodles, 8oz
2 T Olive or sunflower oil
1 Onion, chopped finely
1 250 gram pac stir-fry turkey
breast strips 8oz
125 g Mange tout, 4oz
1 Red pepper, de-seeded and
sliced finely
150 g Pak choi, Chinese cabbage
or
spinach chopped
5oz
200 g Bean sprouts, 7oz
2 T Light soy sauce
1 t Chilli sauce
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until sizzling.
Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.  Add the turkey and stir fry for
2-3 minutes.  Add the mange tout, pepper and pak choi or spinach and
cook for 2  minutes.  Stir in the bean sprouts and soy and chilli
sauces and toss together  well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Adjust the
seasoning to taste.  Drain the noodles and spoon into serving bowls.
Arrange the stir fry  on top and serve immediately.  Converted by
