INGREDIENTS

2 ts Active dry yeast
2 2/3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 c Medium rye flour
1 tb Gluten
1 ts Caraway seeds
4 ts Brown sugar; packed
1 tb Butter
1 lg Egg
1 ts Salt
3/4 c Dark beer or stout
3/4 c Warm water

INSTRUCTIONS

All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before
starting.  Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed.  Select
"Whole Wheat Bread". Press "Start". --- Dan Klepach
