INGREDIENTS

1 French baguette
400 g Stracchino (Italian soft cheese)
2 Fresh sausage
Pepper & salt q.b. (what is needed)
Capers

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl mix the stracchino and the sausage till it became a all. Cut the
baguette in disks 1/2 inch hight With a spoon put a good layer of the sauce
(min. 1/2 inch). Guarnish with caper and put them in the oven to toast
them, when the stracchino start to melt they are ready, serve them hot
