Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Hamburger
1 md Onion chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1 Clove garlic minced or 1tsp garlic salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 cn (4oz.) mushrooms drained
1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Hot cooked rice Brown hamburger and onions in large skillet until hamburger
is light brown. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook,
stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling, stirring
constantly, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Do not
add sour cream until ready to serve. Allow to cool and place in freezer
container or bag and freeze. To serve, thaw Stroganoff in refrigerator over
night. Heat Stroganoff, then add sour cream, till just warmed. Serve over
hot rice. Add salad and some steamed vegetable. Posted to EAT-L Digest by
