INGREDIENTS

8 Green peppers
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 lb Ground beef
4 Tomatoes; chopped
1 1/2 c Cut fresh corn
Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove tops & seeds from peppers. Parboil 5 minutes. Drain. Brown meat &
onion in skillet. Add tomatoes & corn. Salt & pepper to taste. Stuff
peppers & place in baking dish. Add small amount of water. Cover. Bake at
350    for 1 hour.
