INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter; (1/2 stick)
1/2 c Chopped scallions
1 Medium-sized red or green bell pepper; chopped
1 pk Frozen baby lima beans; thawed (10 ounces)
1 pk Frozen corn kernels; thawed (10 ounces)
1/2 c Water
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepepr

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Saute the scallions
and red pepper until soft, about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low
and add the remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Cook for 15 to 20
minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
