INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In small bowl beat egg whites until foamy.
Toss nuts with egg white until evenly coated. In large bowl mix sugar and
spices; add nuts and toss until coated. Spread nuts in shallow pan. Bake 3
hours; stir after 1 1/2 hours. Cool and store in airtight container.
