Sugar N’ Spice Walnuts

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Walnut halves; (or pecan halves)
1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground cloves
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1 lg Egg white

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Coat nuts thoroughly in egg white, a few at a time.
2. Mix sugar, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
3. Drop nuts into mixture. Place on buttered cookie sheet or nonstick pan
and bake in preheated 300-degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes.
