INGREDIENTS

2 | T | Ghee |
2 | Green cardamom, crushed | |
1/2 | pt | Milk |
2 | oz | White sugar, up to 3 |
Pistachio nuts, finely | ||

INSTRUCTIONS
Dry fry semolina over medium heat until nearly brown. Add ghee and cardamom pods and stir for 3-4 minutes. Lower the heat slightly and add milk, bit by bit, stirring in continuously.
