Meats, Grains Chinese Meat 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Round steak or stew meat
1 Bunch green onions; chopped
1 Stalk celery; chopped
1 cn (16-oz) bamboo shoots; undrained
1 cn (16-oz) bean sprouts; undrained
3 cn (8-oz) water chestnuts; undrained
1 Bottle soy sauce
1 cn (16-oz) Chinese noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut meat into bite-sized pieces. Brown in large pan. Add onions & celery.
Turn heat low, cover & cook 15 minutes. Drain juices from cans into meat
mixture. Cook 20 minutes on low heat. Pour vegetables into meat mixture.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles.
