Sunny Vegetable Salad

INGREDIENTS

5 c Broccoli florets
5 c Cauliflower florets
2 c Fat-free shredded cheddar cheese; (original used regular cheese)
2/3 c Chopped onions
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Fat-free mayonnaise; (original used 1 cup regular mayo)
1/2 c Fat-free Miracle Whip
1/4 c Sugar; (original used 1/2 cup sugar)
2 tb Cider or red wine vinegar
6 sl Bacon; cooked and crumbled
2 tb Sunflower seeds;, (optional) (original used 1/4 cup)

INSTRUCTIONS

In large bowl, toss broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion and raisins. In a
small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar. Pour over
salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with bacon
and sunflower seeds.
