Super Carrot Raisin Salad

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 tb Honey
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Cinnamon
2 c Shredded carrots
1/2 c Raisins
1/4 c Canned unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained

INSTRUCTIONS

In serving bowl, combine yogurt, honey lemon juice and cinnamon into a
smooth dressing. Add carrots, raisins and pineapple to dressing and stir
gently, but thoroughly, until salad is uniform. Cover and chill for a
minimum of 15 minutes. Toss again before serving and drain liquid, if
desired. Use a slotted spoon to serve Calories: 93 fat: .2 g Cholesterol
.3 mg Sodium 29mg.
