INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Nonfat yogurt, plain or your favorite flavor
1 Banana
1/2 c Your favorite low-sugar cereal
1/2 c Fresh blueberries, or any kind of berry you like

INSTRUCTIONS

Spoon the 1/2 cup of yogurt into the middle of the cereal bowl.  Peel the
banana and break into small chunks.  Put the banana chunks around the
spoonful of yogurt.  Sprinkle the 1/2 cup of cereal on top of the yogurt
and banana. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup of berries all over the cereal.
