Swedish Cabbage Rolls – Crockpot

INGREDIENTS

6 Large cabbage leaves
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Onion, minced
1 t Salt
1/4 t Black pepper
1 lb Ground beef
1 c Rice, cooked
8 oz Tomato sauce
1 T Brown sugar
1 T Lemon juice
1 t Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

CABBAGE ROLLS: Boil cabbage leaves until limp. Combine egg, milk,
onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice. Divide into 6 portions.
Place each portion into a cabbage leaf, fold in sides and roll over.
Place in slow cooker pot.  SAUCE: Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar,
lemon juice and  worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls in slow
cooker pot.  Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.  Notes: Family
