INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Ketchup
1 c Brown sugar
2 tb Mustard
1 tb Soy sauce
2 lb Flanken

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce well. Dip flanken into
mixture. Bake in shallow dish at 300 degrees for 2 hours or keep on blech
overnight.
I have doubled this recipe to feed 6 people.
