INGREDIENTS

1 t Margarine
1/2 c Chopped onion
3 c Chopped purple cabbage
2 c Apples – sliced and halved
1/4 c Water
2 T Brown sugar
2 T Vinegar
1/2 t Dijon mustard
1/4 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion in cooking spray and margarine for 1 minute. Add cabbage
and apples and saute for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and
stir well. Cover. Cook over low heat 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with
carraway seed if desired. Yield: 6 side-dish servings  From Gemini's
