2 lb Ribs; cut into individual pieces. Marinate for 2 hours in a, up to 3
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Dry sherry
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Garlic power
1/2 c Vinegar
3/4 c Sugar
1/3 Ketchup
3 tb Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

MIXTURE OF
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE

Bake covered at 325 F until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Pour off liquid.
Bake for an additional 1/2 hour with sweet and sour sauce.
Sweet and Sour Sauce: Combine above ingredients in saucepan. Cook over
medium heat until thickened.
