INGREDIENTS

1 Red cabbage head, shredded
1 White cabbage head
shredded
3 c Red onion slices, in rings
3 c Green bell peppers, sliced
14 oz Golden raisins, 1 box
1/2 c Sugar
up to 2 cups as desired
Dressing, see below
2 T Sugar
2 t Dry mustard
2 t Celery seed
1 t Mustard seed
2 T Salt
2 c Red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

SLAW: Shred cabbage.  Layer cabbage with onion slices, green pepper
slices and raisins.  Sprinkle sugar over all; set aside. DRESSING: In
a saucepan, combine sugar, dry mustard, celery seed, mustard seed,
vinegar and olive oil; bring to boil.  Cool.  Pour dressing over
cabbage mixture and toss lightly.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir and serve. Makes 16 to 20 servings. Preparation time: 20 minutes
