Sweet And Sour Spareribs #3

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 lb Meaty pork spareribs
3 T Lemon juice
1 Jar, small strained
apricots
1 1/2 t Molasses
1 1/2 t Dark corn syrup
1/2 t Ground ginger
1 ds Tabasco sauce
1/4 c Chili sauce
1 Clove, small garlic
crushed
1 T Soy sauce
1/2 t Dry mustard
Salt & pepper
1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle ribs with salt & pepper. Broil for 5 minutes per side. Place
in a large baking dish.  Prepare the sauce by mixing all the remaining
ingredients in a  saucepan. Heat on medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring
constantly.  Lower oven heat to 350F. Pour half the sauce over the ribs
and bake  uncovered for half an hour. Pour the remaining sauce over
spareribs  and continue to bake for another half hour. Serve hot.
