INGREDIENTS

1 tb Sugar
1 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt; optional
1 ds Cayenne pepper
6 c Plain popcorn; popped

INSTRUCTIONS

Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post
lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I
only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all
enjoy these.
Place sugar, chili powder, cinnamon, salt if desired and cayenne pepper in
a resealable plastic bag or other 2-quart container. Mix. Add popcorn. Mist
popcorn with nonstick cooking spray. Close bag and shake. Repeat one or two
times until popcorn is coated.
Yield: 6 cups
Serving Size: 1 1/2 cups
Calories: 78, Total Fat: 1gm, Calories from Fat: 14%, Saturated Fat: trace,
Cholesterol: 0, Sodium: 7mg, Carbohydrate: 16gm, Protein: 2gm
NOTES : this crisp snack has a fun and different flavor.  I took some to my
neighbor's one evening when we were visiting and it didn't last long!
