INGREDIENTS

2 c Pan drippings, as much
grease removed as
possible
1 8 oz. apricot preserves, I
jar Knott's
9 oz Orange marmalade, 1/2 ajar
of Knott's
1/8 t Salt, pinch
1/2 c Orange juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the Ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat  until
it is reduced about 25%. Serve warm on the side. Yield about 4  1/2
cups.  NOTES : Note - This is good on all types of game. You can add
diced  green chiles or crushed red pepper if you like it spicier.
