INGREDIENTS

2 Sweet onions; 1/4" slices
1 lg Red onion; cut into thin wedges
2 tb Margarine
1 bn Scallions; cut diagonally into 1" pieces
3/4 ts Salt
2 tb Balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skillet over med. heat, cook first 2 ingredients in hot
margarine, stirring for 10 mins. Add scallions and salt. Reduce heat to
low; cover and cook 5 mins. or until tender. Remove from heat; stir in
vinegar. Good served with Balsamic Glazed Steak.
