Sweet Potato And Rice Fluff

INGREDIENTS

1 16-oz sweet potatoes
drained and mashed
2 c Cooked brown rice
1/2 t Grated nutmeg
2 Eggs, beaten
1 c Miniature marshmallows
3 T Butter, melted
1/3 c Brown sugar
1 8.25-oz crushed pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows; spoon into buttered
casserole, top with marshmallows and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
