INSTRUCTIONS
Here's a quick and easy breakfast from McDougall's MWL.
Peel and mash the sweet potatoes. Mix in the fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon
to serve.
4 servings.
It sounds too easy, but this is the best, and very filling!
