INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oil to 375 degrees F. Add sweet potatoes to oil and cook until
crispy and golden. Stir together nutmeg, chile powder, cayenne pepper and
celery salt. Transfer fries to paper towels to drain and sprinkle with
spice mixture.
