INSTRUCTIONS
Spray olive mist into a frying pan and soften the onion.
Put the onion in a mixing bowl and grate the potatoes into it. Add salt and
pepper.
Put the mixture into a frying pan and cook, keeping it in a cake shape
until browned, then turn and repeat.
Serve with baked beans for breakfast!
