INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a
mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon,
nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cloves. In another mixing bowl, combine egg
white, applesauce, orange juice, vanilla, and sweet potato. Mix dry
ingredients with wet ingredients just until combined. Pour mixture into
prepared pan(s). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on pan size.
