INGREDIENTS

8 Tomatoes; pureed
2 tb Jaggery
lg Pinch salt -For Seasoning—
2 tb Ghee
1 ts Black mustard seeds
2 Red chiles; broken

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes. Heat
ghee and add mustard seeds and red chilies. When brown, pour over Tomato
Pachadi and serve.
