1 cn (14.5-oz) stewed; sliced tomatoes-do not drain
1 Jar; (12-oz.) fat-free beef gravy
1/4 ts Dried thyme
1 Fresh; (1-lb.) mini carrots (found in produce section)
2 md Onions-quartered
1 lb Eye of round steaks-cut into 1/2 inch thicknesses
4 md Potatoes-washed

INSTRUCTIONS

Here is another crock pot recipe that is good and low fat to boot. This
recipe is from: BUSY PEOPLE'S LOW -FAT COOKBOOK by Dawn Hall
Spray crockpot with non-fat cooking spray Mix undrained tomatoes, gravy,
thyme, carrots and onions together until well mixed Place meat into
mixture, making sure it is completely covered with sauce Place potatoes on
top Cover Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Yield 4 servings
Calories 359 Fat 4.6 grams Cholesterol 59 mg
Preparation time 20 minutes or less
I like this, because I can put it on in the morning before going to church
on Sunday and when I get home, all I have to do is make a tossed salad and
heat up some rolls.
