Swiss Steak for the Crock-Pot

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Seasoned flour
1 1/2 lb Round steak
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 cn Zesty tomato soup
1/4 c Sliced onions
1 cn Stewed tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving size pieces (I cut into very small
pieces sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crock-pot and add remaining
ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low.
Serve with cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
