Tad’s Barbecue Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

5 lb Potatoes
4 lg Yellow onions
1/4 c Bacon drippings
20 oz Ketchup
1/2 c Texas Pete hot sauce
1/3 c Sugar
Salt and pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel potatoes and onions and cut into large chunks. Place in large pot and
cover with water. Add remaining ingredients, stir to blend, and bring to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft. Let potatoes simmer
over very low heat until ready to serve, stirring occassionally.
