INGREDIENTS

400 g Fresh bean curd in clear water
2 Cloves crushed garlic
2 tb Oyster sauce
2 tb Water
1 tb Oil
1 ts Cornflour

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the bean curd and fry for 1 minute.
Add the oyster sauce and mix the water with cornflour. Boil together. Serve
hot.
