Tangy Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 c Pineapple, chunks, drained
2 c Chicken or turkey, chopped
3/4 c Grapes, red, halved
1/2 c Celery, sliced
1/2 c Yogurt, plain
1/2 ts Curry powder
1/3 c Oats, uncooked
1/3 c Peanuts, dry roasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add
those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories
each.
