Tao Hoo Yod Sai (stuffed Tofu With Ground Pork)

INGREDIENTS

1 Tofu, 14.2oz
1/4 lb Pork, ground
3 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 T Scallions, chopped fine
2 T Coriander, chopped
1/2 t Salt
1 t Pepper, white ground
1 T Cornstarch
1 Egg, beaten
2 c Oil, vegetable for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut tofu into 1" cubes, scoop center of each cube out, set aside to
outer shells. Mix scooped out tofu, pork, garlic, scallion,  coriander,
salt, pepper, cornstarch and egg. Stuff back into tofu  shells. Heat
oil in wok over medium heat, deep fry the stuffed tofu  until golden
brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Nam Chim Priew  Waan (recipe).
